" Acknowledge your inner beauty. The one you transport within you and don't want to recognise.
Love yourselves.
Praise what you are there.

Even the one that envies, or that destroys can be loved, can be forgiven and so he/she gest free of that burden.
Don't feel confined by the society that condemns you and gives continuity to your suffering.
You are pure. You are Light.
That's what you transport within you. Search inside you where it is and how important it is its revelation.
It should be released.


Never be ashamed for being what you are.You are a part of All.
All are a filament of a Divine Source that loves and embraces  All.


That Divine Source welcomes you, is always present and waits for the return of the Prodigal Son.


Your journey companions who have departed earlier, areon your side, always present and they also help you and feel you even though you find that impossible.


You carry in each of your hands a white, blue,green,pink, silver,gold or purple 
( whatever colour you wish)flame .
Your hearth has another flame.
Your hearth is your identification with the Divine.
And your hands represent your skills.


And your body was activated, sealed, verified and blessed.
Today, you can choose what to do with that.
You can decide if it's an adventure to be forgotten or if it's an adventure to be initiated.


All the choices are right because they are yours.
All the choices are accepted because they are yours.


Don't ever forget by any chance, even in the weirdest moments, that your touch matters.
May you touch a human being, a tree or an animal...

And when you touch, we are together because that is your intention.


Don't feel crazy because all that belongs to your reality.


In these times , as you have already been told,you have to be more connected to Gaya, to Earth because that's where you are needed.
You have come, you will come and we'll be ...


However, you are on Earth to send Energy. Many of you are feeling heavy and discomfort are transmuting heavy energies that circulate around you.
They need to be cured and leave.


Don't think that everything that is bad is dark.
Sometimes it's dark just because doesn't remember the Light within and needs to leave.


And that is also made with you, through your body.
You live in duality.
I would even say that you live in a tetra-reality because you live there with your heart here.
You still live receiving and offeringin four fronts.
What sometimes seems weird and uncomprehensible...
You already know it's important."
