That's an easy way of freeing yourself from it, changing it into a partner on your side.Without interfering or commanding you way.

Do the same with Fear: love it, respect it and don't fight, don't face it.
Accept that it is there and then you will overcome it.
It-the Fear- will try to enter and circulate inside you.
Even if it does, thank it for its existence, but let remain just what you need as a physical answer for survival.
